A recent news release from Encanto Potash is indicating the Muskowekwan First Nation potash project is continuing.
The treaty land designation vote for Muskowekwan First Nation is scheduled to take place on Saturday November 26th.
Encanto President and CEO Jim Walchuck says vote was rescheduled because of procedural issues.
The first test drilling on the T-L-E lands has been completed with a second to start within days.
The project has been opposed by some band members of Muskowekwan who are concerned about the environmental impact and treaty rights.
