A preliminary hearing for a former dormitory supervisor at the Beauval Indian Residential School will be held in the spring.
Seventy-year-old Paul Leroux is facing 13-counts of indecent assault after complaints were filed by former students of the school.
Leroux lives in Vancouver and appeared via phone in Beauval Court on Wednesday.
The preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 30th in Meadow Lake.
The victims were all boys between the ages of 3 and 18 and the alleged incidents occurred between 1960 and 1967.
One victim says the events came to light when former students began retelling their stories through the government’s compensation process.
The charges against Leroux were announced in September.
