Five years after the disappearance of Danita Bigeagle, Regina police are hoping someone will step forward with information.

Bigeagle was 22 years old when reported missing by her family on February 14th, 2007.

She had been last seen three days earlier in downtown Regina getting into a car driven by a lone male.

Police spokesperson Lara Guzik says investigators believe someone out there has information which could help solve the case:

“At this point, at the five-year mark, it’s important to bring it back into the public’s eye for people to remember it.  As time passes, sometimes people can speak more freely or circumstances can change, and it’s a good opportunity to remind people that we’re still working hard and still looking for people’s help in finding and locating Danita Bigeagle.”

Anyone with information on Bigeagle is asked to contact Regina Police or CrimeStoppers.
