RCMP say a 23-year-old man from Prince Albert has been charged in connection with the death of a man in the Smeaton area.
The body of 60-year-old Clayton Ralph White was found yesterday morning in a home north of the community.
Police say Antoine Ambrose Lariviere faces one count of second-degree murder.
Lariviere made his first court appearance in Prince Albert this afternoon.
He remains in custody, and will be back in court on May 1st in Tisdale.
