A crash between a deer and a vehicle near the Muskoday First Nation sent one woman to hospital.
The collision occurred just after 9:00 last night on Highway 3 near the Muskoday bridge.
Lyle Karasiuk of Parkland Ambulance says, fortunately, the female driver was hospitalized with only minor injuries — and he assumes she was released earlier today.
Karasiuk adds there is a lot of wildlife on the roads right now, so motorists are advised to use caution.
