Police are asking for the public’s help for information about a stash of illegal drugs that were found by a hiker in a Prince Albert-area park.

Police say the hiker stumbled upon 41.5 grams of methamphetamine in Little Red River Park yesterday.

The drugs were seized after police were notified of the find.

Police say they have a street value of approximately $6,000, and it is believed the drugs were pre-packaged for sale.

The discovery remains under investigation.
