Saskatoon police are investigating an alleged “starlight tour.”
Police say they received a call around 1:40 a.m. this morning from a woman claiming a 19-year-old man had been dropped off by an officer outside the city and forced to walk home.
Saskatoon Police spokesperson Kelsie Fraser says the allegation is being taken seriously and police are investigating.
Police say its global positioning system (GPS) indicates no patrol cars were outside the city during the time alleged and the 19-year-old man was not the subject of a police computer check.
