March could be a month to remember for coffee-drinkers in Buffalo Narrows.
A Tim Horton’s outlet is set to open up in the Northern Store on Mar. 25.
The store will not be a full-fledged outlet but will still serve up donuts and coffee.
Buffalo Narrows Mayor Estelle Laliberte says there’s been rumours about when the store would open for over a year.
She says it will bring bragging rights to the community.
“We are the hub of the northwest,” she says. “So, the more businesses I guess, or amenities or attractions we can offer the more people will come in.”
Laliberte adds this will be the only Tim Horton’s north of Prince Albert.
