Golden Band Resources continues to try to improve its bottom line and save money.
The company announced it has terminated its vice-president in an effort to streamline operations.
The company also reports that a lawsuit has been laid against it by a capital group from California.
The issue is apparently over unpaid advisory fees.
The amount in question totals $324,000.
Back on February 26th Golden Band halted mining at its Komis Deposit while operations at the Jolu Mill have since been suspended.
Operations at the Roy Lloyd mine continue on.
