A male youth from Little Black Bear First Nation is facing a charge of attempted murder after an assault earlier this week.
The incident, which took place at a home on the Okanese First Nation, was reported early Monday morning.
Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP say it is believed firearms were involved and two suspects were later arrested.
The youth was in Fort Qu’Appelle Court today and also faces three firearms charges.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and his trial will be held in November.
An adult male, also arrested in the incident, faces firearms related charges and is scheduled to appear in court on July 11.
