Wollaston Lake Woman Facing Manslaughter Charge

A Wollaston Lake woman charged with manslaughter has been released from custody.

However, 35-year-old Veronique Redhead must abide by certain conditions, including not leaving the community.

She was arrested following the death of 40-year-old Eddie Redhead last week.

The RCMP discovered his body after being called out to a residence in Wollaston Lake early Wednesday morning.

The accused made a court appearance in Wollaston Lake yesterday.

She will be back in court on November 10th.

The victim’s funeral takes place today.
