The recent allegations against North American Indigenous Games CEO Glenn Pratt was front and centre at the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations Winter Assembly this morning.
NAIG confirmed Pratt has been placed on leave with pay as he is under investigation for a number of harassment claims.
Dutch Lerat, who oversees sports and recreation for the FSIN, says there is an internal investigation underway — but he would not confirm whether or not police have been contacted.
“The investigation is in its infancy and I can’t preclude what the outcome of that’s going to be.”
Lerat also says he will be taking on some extra duties with the Games in Pratt’s absence.
