A lawyer has been appointed by a court for a former Moosomin First Nation Day School teacher who is accused of indecent assault.
Sixty-nine-year-old Morris David Hryniuk faces eight separate charges of indecent assault.
They are alleged to have occurred between 1964 and 1969.
Hryniuk and his lawyer appeared in North Battleford Provincial Court this morning.
The case has been adjourned for two weeks to give the lawyer, Monte Migneault, time to read the Crown’s evidence.
