Police have charged a Regina mother and daughter with murder after the body of a man was discovered in a house fire last month.
Ray Allen Yacevich, 53, was discovered after a Regina house fire on the 1400 block of Wascana Street on Mar. 23.
Forty-one-year-old Rosalyn Faye Wilm and 22-year-old Sarah Dawn Louisa Wilm were Yacevich’s roommates in the home.
The two were found by RCMP in the Kamsack district Monday and both were charged with second-degree murder.
Sarah Wilm is also charged with a breach of probation.
The two women appeared in Regina Provincial Court Tuesday afternoon.
