There are now nine Saskatchewan First Nations that have declared local states of emergency due to flooding.
Muskowekwan, Sakimay and Carry the Kettle First Nations are the most recent communities to declare states of emergency.
The three have been added to Star Blanket, Ochapowace, Peepeekisis, Kawacatoose, Cowessess and Little Black Bear First Nations which declared local states of emergency in the past week.
The province also reports Hwy 8 from Moosomin to Rocanville and Hwy 361 from Alida to Hwy 8 have been reopened.
However, Hwy 47 from Grenfell to Junction 247 has been closed for a culvert installation.
