Four people will be back in court later this month facing drug trafficking charges following a bust in the La Ronge area.

Two men and two women were arrested early Tuesday morning on Hwy 2, south of La Ronge.

RCMP say their investigation uncovered about six ounces of cocaine with a street value between $15,000 and $20,000.

The suspects, 48-year-old Shirley Natomagan, 30-year-old Brian Ratt, 26-year-old Floyd Ratt and 21-year-old Mary Johnson appeared in La Ronge Provincial Court yesterday.

They have all been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.

Brian Ratt was also charged with one charge of driving while disqualified and Floyd Ratt with one charge of obstruction.

The male suspects are back in court next week and the female suspects have their next appearances in November.
