The 39-year-old man charged after shots were fired in Sucker River last month has been handed a fine.
Craig Larson appeared in La Ronge Provincial Court on Monday.
He was arrested on September 13th after RCMP received complaints about a person firing shots at several houses, a vehicle and into the air.
There were no injuries in the incident.
Larson was later arrested and faced a total of five charges, including possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and careless use of a firearm.
Two charges were eventually dropped and Larson received a $500 fine for each of the three remaining charges.
He was also ordered to pay a $100 surcharge.
Meanwhile, an RCMP spokesperson says the force continues to investigate derogatory remarks about the case that were allegedly posted on Facebook by a Mountie.
