The Parkland Health Region in Prince Albert has been named one of Saskatchewan’s top employers.
This is the tenth year top employer designations have been handed out.
Employers are selected based on several criteria.
These include benefits, communication, training, atmosphere, performance and community involvement.
In a media release, Parkland CEO Cecile Hunt says the health region is very pleased with the recognition.
Parkland employs more the 2,500 people and serves more than 80,000 people including 12 First Nations.
