Five people from the Onion Lake Cree Nation were taken to hospital on the weekend after a single-vehicle rollover.
Turtleford RCMP say the incident in the RM of Frenchman Butte was reported around 1 pm Sunday.
A 40-year-old passenger in the vehcile received serious injuries and was airlifted to hospital in Saskatoon.
The 29-year-old female driver was treated and released while three other occupants were kept in hospital.
Police say alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
At last word, formal charges against the driver were pending.
