A 37-year-old man from the Key First Nation is making an appearance in Yorkton Provincial Court today facing 10 charges, including assault with a weapon.
Kamsack RCMP say officers were sent to the reserve around 10 pm Saturday after receiving a complaint about an assault and a man with a weapon.
The victim was not seriously hurt, but Jason Papequash was later arrested.
Besides the assault charge, he is also facing four firearms charges, mischief and various probation-related charges.
