The RCMP Major Crime Unit is investigating a weekend death in Pelican Narrows.
Saturday afternoon Mounties received a call about a unresponsive woman at a home on the Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation.
Police say the 24-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene, and her death is considered suspicious.
So far there is no word on a suspect or charges.
