Search for Missing Wollaston Residents Ends Well

There was a happy ending to a search for a missing couple from Wollaston Lake over the weekend.

A 31-year-old man and his 29-year-old wife set off for Lac Brochet, Manitoba by snowmobile Friday afternoon, but didn’t arrive as scheduled.

By Saturday afternoon, a search involving snowmobiles and planes was underway.

The couple was found safe and sound later that day.

Apparently, their snow machine had broken down.
