Three of the seven people charged in relation to a Pelican Narrows homicide last weekend appeared in court this morning.
In total, five men and two youth have been charged with second-degree murder in relation to the death of Hilliard Sewap, Jr.
Police say they found Hilliard in medical distress at a home in the community last Saturday.
The 17-year-old was later pronounced dead at the local health centre.
One of the youth charged in the incident made an appearance in a Prince Albert courtroom this morning.
It was a quick appearance, but the Crown did announce its plans to try the youth as an adult.
He has been remanded and will be back in court on May 15.
Cody Custer and Trevor Charles also appeared on charges against them and both those matters have been adjourned to June 9.
Both men have been remanded into custody until then.
