A single ATV rollover in Cumberland House has claimed the life of a 36-year-old man from the community.
RCMP say the victim was driving the machine when it rolled at around 6:30 Saturday morning.
EMTs transported the man to the local clinic where he was pronounced dead.
There were three passengers on the ATV at the time, but Mounties say they weren’t injured.
According to the RCMP, the ATV was travelling at an unsafe speed and lost control. As well, the driver was not wearing a helmet.
No charges will be laid at this time, but Cumberland House RCMP continue to investigate.
