After evacuating a long-term care facility in Arborfield on Monday, a mandatory order is now in place for all Arborfield residents.
This comes after flash floods last night, and now a road that typically holds back water has given way.
The province says the breach is 90 feet wide, and now water is flowing towards the west side of town.
About 400 people are included in the evacuation order, with door to door notifications underway.
Residents are asked to register at the reception centre, set up at the Blue Bird Hotel in Melfort.
Additionally, Zenon Park has opened its community rink to provide meals for people leaving Arborfield. Those with campers are also invited to stay in the arena area.
The Town of Arborfield says Emergency Social Services will be offering assistance to those who sign in.
