Montreal Lake Rocked By Fatal Shootings

Three people have been shot dead on the Montreal Lake Cree Nation.

The RCMP received reports about the shooting at around 7:30 this morning.

When they arrived on the scene, they found the bodies of two males and one female.

The Mounties say two males have been taken into custody in connection to the shootings.

No names have been released.

RCMP spokesman Corporal Brian Jones says no charges have been laid.

Jones says the Mounties are still looking into the circumstances surrounding the shootings.
