Triple Homicide Suspect Makes Court Appearance

Another court-hearing is set to take place today (Tuesday) for the 18 year-old youth accused of three murders on the Montreal Lake Cree Nation.

 

The accused who cannot be named is currently spending time in an adult correctional facility.

 

The teenager faces two counts of first-degree murder and one of second, for his alleged involvement in the recent shootings on the Montreal Lake reserve.

 

The March 2nd incident claimed the life of 27 year-old Greg Naytowhow as well as 19 year-olds Kerry Naytowhow and Ferro Bird.

 

There is no apparent motive behind the killings.
