Reward Offered For Locating Stolen Equiptment

RCMP in La Ronge are asking for the public’s help in solving a recent theft at a monitoring site just north of the Harbour inn.

Sometime between the hours of 2 and 9 p.m. Monday, thieves made off with a device used by surveying companies.

Officially called a GEM Magnetometer, it is described as being silver in colour and approximately three inches by ten inches square.

Officials say FUGRO Airborne Surveys are offering a $100 reward for its safe return.
