CBC Picket Scheduled For La Ronge

Northern CBC personality Tom Roberts will be joined by 20 of his locked-out colleagues this afternoon at an information picket in front of the CBC office in La Ronge.

The demonstration will be the first picket staged in La Ronge since over 5,500 unionized CBC employees were locked out over a month ago.

The public is being encouraged to attend the information picket, which will be set up in front of the CBC office on La Ronge Avenue between 4:00 and 5:30 this afternoon.
