A preliminary hearing will take place in December for a man accused of wrongdoing in the 2004 Metis Nation of Saskatchewan election.
31-year-old Shane Goldie appeared last Thursday in a Maple Creek courtroom on a charge of obstruction.
He and eight other people are accused of interfering with last year’s highly-disputed vote.
The judge has ordered Goldie to re-appear in Maple Creek Provincial Court on December 13th.
