Metis Women To Be Honoured With Feast

A traditional Metis feast will take place in Prince Albert tonight to honour the work and accomplishments of Metis women in that community.

The event is being put on by the local Metis Women’s Council in an effort to showcase the years of service Metis women have given to the city.

Musicians Heidi Munroe and Donny Parenteau headline the list of entertainers booked for tonight’s special event.

It begins at 5:00 at the new Cosmo Lodge.
