P.A. Business Community Backs Uranium Development

The Prince Albert Chamber of Commerce is speaking out in favour of the uranium industry.

In a news release yesterday, the organization suggests good things are coming for the nuclear field, and Prince Albert should share in the spoils.

Chamber director Nicole Bertrand says a number of various enrichment facilities could be built near their city to help the industry along.

She points out an all-weather road network in the Far North would lead it directly to P.A.

Bertrand adds a lot of education will have to take place over the next few years to convince the public the idea is a good plan.
