Nine people are in custody after police in Prince Albert seized a plethora of drugs and firearms when executing a search warrant on Tuesday.
Upon entering a residence, officers found a 16-gauge sawed-off shotgun, a .22 sawed-off rifle, a .22 calibre sawed-off rifle, a BB gun pistol, ammunition and magazines, body armour, 1.6 grams of cocaine, 1.3 grams of methamphetamine, a large amount of cash, a canister of bear spray and a set of nunchucks.
A 27-year-old female, a 21-year-old female and a 23-year-old male from Prince Albert are facing multiple charges related to firearms and possessing property obtained through crime.
The three suspects made their first court appearance yesterday.
