A male youth from La Loche will appear in court this April to answer to charges following a bomb threat investigation at a community high school last week.

The youth, who can’t be named because of his age, was released from custody after his Thursday court appearance in La Loche Provincial Court.

He will face Uttering Threats and Mischief charges at his next court appearance on April 3rd.

Last Monday, the Dene Building of the La Loche Community High School received a bomb threat and the school was evacuated. Mounties searched the building and did not find anything suspicious.
