The Saskatchewan government has unveiled a new resource designed to help Aboriginal children whose parents are divorced or separating.

Justice Minister Frank Quennell says a CD will be distributed around the province containing the voices of elders and other experts talking about the subject.

He says the CD contains advice on what kids can do to cope with the trauma of seeing their family break apart.

Quennell notes the CD is available to non-Aboriginal families, too.

Approximately 2,000 disks are being sent out to various agencies around the province.
