UPDATE (4:54 p.m., Friday, May 11) – Prince Albert police say after a review of the evidence collected so far, the search efforts for four-year-old Sweetgrass Kennedy are now focused on North Saskatchewan River. Because of the dangers associated with the river bank, volunteer search efforts have ended and emergency personnel are asking the public and volunteers to avoid the area. Police say the search from this point on will be conducted by qualified search and rescue personnel. Police also say the investigation indicates there is no cause for concern for public safety.
