RCMP have arrested a suspect following a weekend death in Black Lake.
Police say 31-year-old Chester Bigeye was taken into custody yesterday by members of the Major Crimes Unit North and Black Lake RCMP.
Bigeye have been charged with one count of second-degree murder.
He is being held in in custody and is scheduled to appear in La Ronge provincial court by phone Friday morning.
The victim in the killing has been identified as 24-year-old Brandy Robillard of Black Lake.
Police say the death was reported Sunday afternoon.
