Prince Albert police say they have charged a fourth suspect in the Duane Ledoux murder investigation.

Police say 25-year-old Lenny Daniels was charged with first-degree murder on Dec. 13.

At the time of his arrest, Daniels was serving a sentence at the Saskatchewan Federal Penitentiary for unrelated offences.

Police also previously charged three other suspects in relation to the murder investigation.

Thirty-five-year-old Boden Umpherville, 23-year-old William Chaboyer and 29-year-old Marissa Bird have been charged with first-degree murder.

Bird makes her first court appearance in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Thursday.

Umpherville and Chaboyer were charged last week and have been remanded in custody.

Police discovered the remains of Duane Ledoux inside a residence in the 800 block of 17th Street West in August 2017.
