Former La Ronge Ice Wolves forward Mitch Zambon is taking his talents to America for the upcoming hockey season.
The Saskatoon, SK product has committed to play for St. Norbert College in Wisconsin, which is an NCAA Division III program.
Zambon spent parts of two seasons with the Ice Wolves. He recorded 30 points in 26 games with La Ronge during the 2018-19 campaign before being traded to the Humboldt Broncos. After joining Humboldt in December, the 21-year-old tallied 17 points in 28 games.
Zambon began his junior hockey career with the Canmore Eagles in the AJHL.
