Missing Teen Found Safe

A missing Aboriginal youth from the Paddockwood area has been located safe and sound.

15-year-old Daniel David Bird was reported missing by his mother Wednesday morning after last being seen in his home Tuesday night.

There had been some concern that Bird might have been caught outdoors in the frigid temperaturs this week.

But the RCMP say Bird has returned home unharmed.

The Mounties want to thank those involved in the search effort, which included dozens of volunteers from Montreal Lake.
