Pinehouse Lake RCMP are searching for three male inmates who escaped lawful custody at the Besnard Lake Correctional Camp on Monday or Tuesday.
RCMP say they believe the inmates are together and are going to Dillon or Île-à-la-Crosse.
Jesse Chanalquay, Brent Mosquito and Clifford McKenzie were last seen on Monday at 11 p.m. at the camp.
Chanalquay is described as Indigenous, 5’11” tall, approximately 141 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes.
Mosquito is described as Indigenous, 5’8”, 175 pounds, 175 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes.
McKenzie is described as Indigenous, approximately 5’8”, and 161 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes.
An arrest warrant has been issued for all three men.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact your local law enforcement agency or Crime Stoppers.
