RCMP say one man was killed and another seriously injured in two snowmobile accidents in northern Saskatchewan over the weekend.
Police say a 48-year-old man died sometime after becoming separated from the group he was riding with Friday afternoon, about five kilometres north of Emma Lake.
Officers say he was located hours later just off a trail.
An autopsy is scheduled in coming days.
A 20-year-old man is also in Saskatoon hospital with life-threatening injuries after a single snowmobile collision in Wollaston Lake on Saturday afternoon.
Both incidents are under investigation.
