With capacity at SJHL rinks limited to 150 fans per game to start the season, the La Ronge Ice Wolves have announced details on how they are dealing with that situation for home games.

“Billet parents and children for whom they bought season tickets will be guaranteed admission to games, provided they confirm attendance within 48 hours of game time,” the team said in a statement. “Players’ families will be guaranteed admission, provided they confirm attendance within 48 hours of game time.”

The Ice Wolves say refunds will be issued immediately to season-ticket holders who aren’t billets.

The team also says tickets for each game will go on sale to the general public 48 hours before puck drop. If billets and parents don’t confirm their attendance for a game, those seats will be available to purchase.

Meantime, the Ice Wolves are working on getting an online ticket system ready for the weekend.

“We are working very hard with our new online ticketing system and hope to have that in place in time for the game on Friday, November 6th,” the team said. “The Ice Wolves office will also be open from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Nov. 5-6 to sell tickets and answer questions.”

The Ice Wolves will kick off their campaign Friday night at home versus the Nipawin Hawks. Puck drop is slated for 7:30 p.m. from the Mel Hegland Uniplex. You can catch the action on MBC with Braden Malsbury with the pre-game show beginning at 7:20 p.m.
