Kensington Resources has announced it will engage in extra drilling procedures near the James Smith First Nation.

For the past year the company has been drilling test holes in giant kimberlite deposits in an attempt to determine whether establishment of a diamond mine is economically viable.

A total of four holes will be drilled between now and Saturday at the Fort a¹la Corne site. After that the company is expected to study the results over the winter and resume in the spring.
