Prince Albert RCMP say five men have been taken into custody after an alleged assault in Little Red River Thursday morning.
Police say four male suspects entered a residence and assaulted a male victim.
It is believed at least one of the suspects had a weapon.
The suspects left the residence in a vehicle and were later arrested at a rural property near the intersection of Fortsburg Road and Highway 355.
The investigation is ongoing.
