Three people have drowned after a boat capsized on Reindeer Lake.
Thompson RCMP say a boat left Kinoosao, Saskatchewan on Monday destined for Brochet, Manitoba, but never arrived.
On Tuesday afternoon, an overturned boat was found near a small island on the lake and a 28-year-old woman was pulled from the water.
She was taken to hospital and informed officers of three other passengers on the boat.
A search party was formed and soon located the bodies of a 50-year-old man, a 49-year-old woman, and a 42-year-old man. All from Brochet, Manitoba.
According to the RCMP, life jackets were not being used and the weather conditions were reported to be windy with rough water.
