SaskTel is reporting that service has been restored to northwest Saskatchewan after a disruption.
In a media release the company said cell phone, wireless and landline phone services were restored at 6 a.m. Tuesday morning.
SaskTel said the shut down was needed due to them having to do emergency repairs on some of their infrastructure.
12 communities will see service disruptions including Buffalo Narrows, Beauval, Île-à-la-Cross, La Loche, Clear Water Rive Dene Nation, Patuanak, Saint George’s Hill, Sled Lake, Waterhen River and Waterhen Lake First Nation.
