Police in Saskatoon are confirming they are investigating a homicide.
Two people, a man and woman are now in custody. According to a media release sent out by Saskatchewan RCMP the two suspects fled the scene of the shooting in Saskatoon and were found west of Beardy’s and Okemasis Cree Nation, which is in the jurisdiction of the Saskatchewan RCMP.
RCMP said because the suspects were believed to be armed they issued a dangerous person alert for the area. Police said the two suspects were arrested with incident.
