The woman charged in relation to the fire which is destroyed the Senator Allen Bird Memorial Centre in Prince Albert is having her matters pushed back.
Gina Beatty was not present in Prince Albert Provincial Court when a lawyer appearing on her behalf asked for her Sentencing Circle to be pushed back to next month.
Beatty pleaded guilty to arson in relation the fire which destroyed the Prince Albert Grand Council (PAGC) building in 2022. The Sentencing Circle has been rescheduled to August 9.
