The Prince Albert Police Service (PAPS) is speaking out about a high profile missing persons investigation.
In a media release sent out Tuesday afternoon PAPS said they have become aware of rumors which are circulating saying that Happy Charles, who has been missing since 2017, has been found. Police said Charles, a member of the Lac La Ronge Indian Band has not been found.
Police said their investigation into her disappearance is continuing. They are asking anyone with information regarding Charles’ disappearance to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
